Jacky has been married to his high school sweetheart, Lisa, for 41 years. They raised three children and now have five grandchildren, all of whom still call Lincoln County home.

From “Mom-and-Pop” to 250 Employees
Jacky is a businessman, not a career politician. Twenty-three years ago, he and Lisa started a small “mom-and-pop” business. Through hard work and smart management, they grew that company from just three employees to more than 250.
Running a successful medium-sized business for over two decades taught him how to manage large-scale budgets and make operations profitable. He believes that government should operate with the same responsibility mindset as a successful business: focusing on spending less or taking in more to remain sustainable.

Experience Navigating Complex Systems
While Jacky has worked on the “other side” of politics for 40 years, he has extensive experience collaborating with government officials at every level. He has worked alongside Federal and State Agencies, including the Department of Defense, NASA, FEMA, and the Corps of Engineers, as well as sewer and water boards. This experience allows him to cut through red tape and understand exactly what local infrastructure is needed to help our community grow responsibly.
